Direct-to-card printing with built-in erase and rewrite
The DTC1250e produces ID cards using dye-sublimation printing for vivid color and accurate images. The system also uses thermal transfer or thermal resin transfer for sharp black text and bar codes. Additionally, the erase and rewrite system is perfect for temporary badges, such as visitor IDs.
Printing on various card thickness
The DTC1250e allows printing on cards as thin as 9 mil and as thick as 40 mil.
Supports QR code printing
This printer fully supports QR or Quick Response Codes, which are codes that are data encrypted specifically for smart phones. The code is an image that is printed on the card. QR codes are a great way to drive traffic to your business' or organization's website! NOTE: To print QR codes, you will need ID card software that is also capable of QR code printing, such as Asure ID Express.
Supports AES-256 data encryption
Increased security comes standard with the support of AES-256 data decryption to help protect your data.
Intuitive User Interface
